Returns 

If for any reason you would like to return an item within 30 days of receiving the delivery you should do the following:

• Email customer services at customerservices@fralli.com and inform them that you wish to return the item(s). No returns will be accepted that have not been authorised.
• In the event of damaged / faulty goods we shall cover your return postage costs (at no cost to yourself)
• In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges. Cost will be advised in advance and deducted from refund total.

Please note: 
1. Fralli Trading cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier.
